How to submit a complaint?

At UN Global Compact NL, we are committed to performing our work to the highest standards and fostering a pleasant, safe working environment. However, situations may arise where you are dissatisfied or where things occur that should not happen. If you experience or observe misconduct in a work-related context involving UN Global Compact NL, we encourage you to report it. We offer various ways for you to express your concerns or complaints in the way that feels most comfortable for you.


Open and honest communication


As an organization, we value open and honest communication. If you have a complaint, you can often address it directly with one of our staff members. Together, and if needed with the support of a manager, we will work towards a suitable solution.


Alternative options


If you cannot resolve the issue together, or if you prefer a more neutral way to submit your complaint, you can contact us in writing at complaints@unglobalcompact.nl. We aim to review your complaint and get back to you within five working days.


Our goal is to work together to find a solution that satisfies all parties involved. All complaints are handled with care and the utmost confidentiality.
